Your team
You can give staff their own sign-in rather than sharing yours. Under Team Members, which only an account owner can open.
The three roles
Owner Everything. Your money, your payout numbers, your team, your hardware orders. This is you, and it should be a very short list, ideally one person.
Sales The counter role. Can see customers, sales, packages and routers, and can add or verify a payout number. Cannot see settlements, cannot manage the team, cannot order hardware.
Technician The site role. Can work with routers and devices, customers and packages. Cannot reach your money at all.

Give people the smallest role that works
A person selling at a counter needs Sales. A person who fixes routers needs Technician. Neither needs to see your payouts, and neither should be able to change the number your money goes to.
This is not about trusting your staff. It is about what happens when somebody's phone is stolen with their session still signed in.
Adding somebody
Team Members → Invite. They get an email to set their own password. Give them their own account rather than sharing one; otherwise the record of who changed a price or extended a customer is worthless, and you cannot remove one person's access without changing everybody's.
Each person needs their own email address, and an address can hold only one Click account anywhere on the platform: sign-in asks for an email and a password, and has no way to ask which business you meant. If an address is refused, it already signs in somewhere -- with you, or with another operator -- and they will need a different one.
Removing somebody
Delete their account the day they leave. Their sign-in stops immediately.
Your own details
Anyone can change their own name, email and password under Profile & Security. Only the owner can change the business name and the customer support number that appears on your login page.
